Dwarven milk is obtained from having a milker milk a purring maggot at a farmer's workshop. Dwarven milk can be cooked or made into dwarven cheese by a cheese maker at a Farmer's workshop.
Turning the milk into cheese and cooking the cheese creates incredibly valuable prepared meals, since dwarven cheese is one of the most valuable ingredients known.
