v50 Steam/Premium information for editors

The building list screen is accessed from the main view by pressing r. A list of the buildings (along with their owners) is displayed. If rooms are created from the buildings that do overlap with other rooms they are displayed in red. This is of interest as overlapping rooms are drastically reduced in quality, basically splitting value between them.
On some buildings, specifically those that need the architecture skill to be built (trade depots, bridges, archery targets, furnaces, pumps, roads...), the quality levels of both the design and the construction (as well as the names of the dwarves involved) can be made visible by pressing Enter.
