Giants are building destroyers and semi-megabeasts of great size. They dwell in caves, and if you happen to embark near one, you may (or may not) be in for a quick dose of fun.

They are similar to the cyclops and the ettin. Can be stopped with a simple cage trap.

Female giants are known as Giantesses.
