::Agreed. Due to the failings of dwarven [[justice]] I never appoint those positions, and I haven't noticed any difficulty becoming a barony. :::Me too. Diplomat made an offer for barony, when my population was somewhere between 80 and 100. By the way, is it true that offer can be permanently refused? I told him that we want to remain our distance from homeland, but he just kept arriving every year after that with same offer.
