Craftsworking falls under several different skills, including:
*bone carving (?)

Dwarves with these skills will do their work at a craftdwarf's workshop, and will be able to craft:
*various rock crafts
*various wood crafts
*bolts for use with crossbows
*lots more...

Alot of the items made at this workshop is mostly good for trading.
