Should this template really be 2014-specific? Would it not be better to have a generic "Migrated" template which fetches the "current version" and "previous namespace" based on the namespace in which it was used? 	:It would certainly be useful to have a reusable template, although the version-specific parts can probably be updated manually (given the time between major releases).
