BUILDINGDESTROYER:1
What exactly will a BUILDINGDESTROYER:1 creature destroy? I had an unchained tame giant cave spider in a silk factory for over ten years and it never broke down the pair of phyllite doors I had built around it. I've seen some reports that they only go for stuff made out of wood, but that seems a bit odd, since dwarves usually don't make wooden furniture other than beds. --Quietust 22:50, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
- I'm not 100% sure that "tame" BD's operate the same as wild ones. It would be fairly labor-intensive to capture a BD, wild, and then present it with a full variety of B's to D. Then tame it, and do it again.--Albedo 21:43, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Underwater creatures
So, is it then so that no sea creature or fish can break things? While technically that'd be a good thing, the megalomaniac, self-destructive dwarf in me just thought that making underwater fortresses largely out of glass windows just isn't fun anymore. --Cotes 19:56, 27 November 2009 (UTC)
