Not sure about spinal nerve injuries, but I know for fact that dwarves with 'motor nerve severed' injury in their legs will get crutches and become legendary at using them.
Btw can dwarfs use crutches if they have no hands? --Jan (talk) 17:36, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
