The "No Destination" icon appears to also flash when a dwarf is trying to pen/pasture an animal that is running off to do something else; a dog in my most recent fortress is chasing after a wild boar (which it has already brutalized and is fleeing from it), and the dwarf tasked to pen the dog is chasing after it, flashing with a red question mark. I think the bigger new in v0.42 template is nicer to put before these to clump them together rather than many repetitive v0.42.01 tags.

Chasing animal

The "No Destination" icon appears to also flash when a dwarf is trying to pen/pasture an animal that is running off to do something else; a dog in my most recent fortress is chasing after a wild boar (which it has already brutalized and is fleeing from it), and the dwarf tasked to pen the dog is chasing after it, flashing with a red question mark. Many v0.42.01 version tags
