v50 Steam/Premium information for editors

Usage
{{Mod}} or {{mod|location}}
where location is an optional parameter for use in sections or subsections (e.g. {{mod|section}}).
Pages are automatically added to Category:Mods; this behavior can be disabled by adding a "cat=nocat" parameter:
