:That's because {{tl|quality}} doesn't support pages in the Utility namespace, which is most likely left over from the old rating system. It does make sense to let utility articles be rated, though, so I'll add that in. That's because {{quality}} doesn't support pages in the Utility namespace, which is most likely left over from the old rating system. It does make sense to let utility articles be rated, though, so I'll add that in. Thanks! --Lethosor (talk) 13:51, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
