A kiln is a specific type of Template:L, and the cornerstone of the Template:L. At a kiln, the order to collect clay from Template:L is given. All of the clay/porcelain items (such as jugs, bricks, statues, and crafts) are made here. Template:L (for clear and crystal glass) from Template:L and Template:L from Template:L, Template:L, Template:L or Template:L are also made here. Template:L is required and the Template:L skill is used for pearlash and plaster production. All ceramic products require fuel and the clay (under crafting) job enabled. For plaster powder production, an empty Template:L is required.

Building a kiln requires a dwarf with the Template:L Template:L enabled, after which construction will be completed by a Template:L or Template:L, depending on the material used.
