If you dig deep enough, and in the right place, you might find a '''curious structure''' made entirely of {{L|smooth}} {{L|slade}}. You will get a boxed message telling you of this. <!-- need image of the message -->

In the {{L|stocks}} screen, in the "Weapons" category will be a masterpiece {{L|adamantine}} weapon when you embark. Zooming to this will tell you the approximate location of the curious structure.

Possibly the easiest way to get inside is to dig upwards from below the lowest level.

Inside the curious structure will be several skeletal and zombie enemies. In the center of the lowest smoothed floor (pictured, and this will be the reference point for this description) will be a glowing floor and upright masterpiece {{L|adamantine}} weapon. Underneath the glowing floor is an upward staircase leading into a chamber of rough-hewn {{L|slade}} full of {{L|purple brute}}s. Underneath the purple brute chamber is a connected chamber full of {{L|steam devil}}s.

Above the lowest smoothed floor, the floors will sometimes be large open floors, similar to the lowest smoothed flor, and sometimes twisting passages that are only one tile wide. Floors above the lowest twisting passage are partially muddy.
