Individual Training
please double check this [1]
- Not sure about 'dont have a place to train' as far as I know its not possible to conduct Individual Training without an assigned barracks, I assume it means no one to train with.
- According to Scheduling they will attempt to train when 'Inactive / no order'.
- Finally not sure about what gets to the barracks. Here is says motivated, there it says discipline.
