The problem with this buggy feature is that once your dwarves are set on "report Crime" they will never unset and will wander around until they die. the other problem with the "Justice" page is that there is no mention of a human poet vampire and what to do about it.

When the captain of the guard is set to interrogate dwarves, he will do so even if they have died in the meantime. This way, a dead dwarf can reveal a plot.
- not limited to dwarves (or citizens/residents) - and the dead dwarf(/human/ghoul/etc) criminal always succumbs fully to interrogation?
