Hello! I'd love to contribute to the animal entries re:livestock industry, but I have no idea how, if there's a way, to figure out butchering products from the raws. Does anybody know how?

Inconsistent info on skin obtained through butchery
This page says that a butchered animal yields one skin:
Once butchered the animal will yield one skull (though hydras produce more than one), one raw hide and depending on the animal type a number of (prepared)(organ-)meat pieces, bones, and potentially horns, hoofs, fat and cartilage.
The Guineafowl page says that those birds fail to yield a skin at least half the time.
About half of the fully-grown animals will only produce a skull when slaughtered, no meat, fat or skin.
