Granite in the matgloss files has a color of [COLOR:7:0:0]. Due to a bug, this will make granite doors completely, 100% black under this tileset. A suggested fix is to change the granite color to [COLOR:8:7:0] or [COLOR:7:8:0].
This tileset also includes alternative tiles for the different sorts of stones and ores. To utilize these tiles properly, replace your current matgloss_stone_layer.txt and matgloss_stone_mineral.txt files (found in /raw/objects/) with the text below.
