Cave Wheat needs to be ground into Dwarven wheat flour at a mill or quern and cooked at the kitchen before it can be eaten. Because of the many steps, cave wheat is one of the more high-yield crops (you get 3 flour for each wheat). Otherwise, they may be brewed into dwarven beer.
