Can some of the missing data from earlier versions (e.g. race_data_vec) be updated as well.  This is due to the fact that the latest versions may actually contain bugs that render it unplayable in certain aspects and people may prefer older versions.  It would help if making some new tools compatible with earlier versions if it can use the newly discovered offsets and structs.
