Cave adaption

Cave adaption is the term applied to a dwarf who has spent most of his life living indoors, and cannot venture outside into daylight without becoming nauseatingly ill. The dwarf will then begin to vomit and feel sick for an amount of time.

The amount of time a dwarf needs to spend inside without traveling outside to suffer from cave adaption is currently unknown.[Verify]
