Line 1: Line 1:
So I was running a learning fortress and so, having discovered my 1st cavern I discovered that it contained a "downwards passage"
+

Distracting the trogs in the 1st cavern with one of my miners, I set off down the passage with my other miner,

leaving a few stone fall traps behind to guard the way. The passage led to a second cavern(I assume they all do that)

which contained 3 Blind cave ogres which given their pathing abilities quickly found their way up and past the trog deactivated stone fall traps,

where they quickly destroyed the irrigation system causing the river to be redirected through the fortress and into the caverns below, fun ensued

(I only regret that evaporation prevents it from drowning all the monsters in side the now sealed fortress)

At this point a few dwarves had escaped outside and sealed the entrance.Reinforced by some migrants I decide to dig for more caverns till

everyone died. So we found some caverns and a magma sea... and hell. So urist mcminer broke into hell and HFS came streaming out.

When they reached the surface urist mcpeasant saw them and immediately became possesed before explodeing in a ball of flame

As the dwarves retreated before the wall or fire and death, Elven merchants showed up and were quickly burnt to death(as is right and good)

but not before unicorns came to their aid. most of those burnt to death before the demons could get them as well, except one he escaped with

a burnt tail which somehow ignited all his fat(like a candle) leaving otherwise unscathed.

The last surviving remnants of proud dwarfishness were a tame horse left entirely unscathed, protected by the water quickly flooding the world

and Urist mcwoodcutter who despite being surrounded by demons and in the centre of a raging forest fire, slowly melted to death
