::In fact, I actually just created a template that does this, <nowiki>{{l|Block|somepage}}</nowiki> will result in [[Block|somepage]] as we are currently in the User_talk namespace. The same code in the main space would make a link that looks like [[Block]]. Also the template can be used like <nowiki>{{l|Block}}</nowiki> which will make [[Block]].
