- A large ape which lives in the tropical forests. It lives in complex social groups of many members. Though it is quite intelligent, it has been known for ferocious attacks.
Chimpanzees are social animals that can be dangerous in groups. An unarmed peasant can usually kill one chimpanzee, but generally falls to two or more.
