Installation[edit]

  1. First, enable gfx tilesets. See tilesets under Graphics sets for instructions.
  2. Save the image locally (On most browsers, right click on image, then select something similar to "Save image as...")
  3. Convert image to 24-bit BMP. (Use your favorite image tool or you can use something like WinXP's Paint. Open the image and select "File->Save as..." then change the format to 24-bit BMP)
  4. rename the file "kobolds.bmp"
  5. Then copy the new file into raw/graphics/main (If you choose a different sub-directory, change the corresponding reference in the text data (shown further below).
  6. Create a new text file in raw/graphics called graphics_race_kobolds.txt.
  7. Edit this file using a text editor, and copy and paste the text data shown further below in the file and save.
  8. Make sure no other txt file in raw/graphics references the same creature id. (If so, it needs to be removed from those files).

Note: This is a minipack. It could potentially be extended to the same full layout as that for dwarves in the future, but unlikely unless kobolds becomes playable. Future minipacks may involve drastic changes in tile page dimension and arrangement.
