I started reading this page a few hours ago, and the images and came up fine. I came back to study it some more, and they're now redlinked. Have they been removed pending the rework described above? It would be useful if they could be restored until their replacements are in place and linked in. Does this savegame still work under the latest version of Dwarf Fortress? I thought I'd give the game another go when I saw the new version released last week, and your front page links here via the "Your first fortress" and "Quickstart guide" links, with the guidance that "Much of the information in the guide for the previous version still applies." | Does this savegame still work under the latest version of Dwarf Fortress? If I copy the savegame directory into my "save" directory and run the game, it doesn't give me any option to load it in. Should it work? Or should you be warning new players not to use this guide any more? --Gritspeck 17:17, 8 April 2010 (UTC) | If I copy the savegame directory into my "save" directory and run the game, it doesn't give me any option to load it in.
