| 4 lockable quadrants for storing 4 stone types.  A special garbage zone is created over the stockpile tile directly below center of the mason's workshops.  Regularly, when the stockpile gets filled up, dumping the stones on the non-garbage zone tiles will move the stones into the garbage tile on the center of each stockpile.  Reclaiming the stones there will not cause it to be removed back to the empty stockpiles so one can essentially stack thousands of stones into one square.  And since that square is closest to the workshops, the corresponding workshop should always take stones from the stockpile below.

There are doors on all sides here cause in my design, there are corridors on all sides.
