Pretty sure nothing in the "Tinkering with the dwarven soul" section works. My dwarves' attributes keep dropping, as well as skill levels. I've tried with various numerical values as well as with :NONE:. Attributes -never- go up, or stay same, they can only go down. Skill levels go up just as fast as before, no faster, no slower.
