While I'm at it, I guess I'll test the precedence of king consorts as well. [[User:Dree12|Dree12]] 03:26, 17 April 2012 (UTC) | While I'm at it, I guess I'll test the precedence of king consorts as well. [[User:Dree12|Dree12]] 03:26, 17 April 2012 (UTC) |

Verification status
I intend to verify all the parts I marked on this page, and to better improve the understanding of monarchs and their consorts in general. Here are the things that I have already verified:
- The precedence of king consort is identical to that of queen
- When a monarch dies, the consort no longer is a consort
- When a monarch is succeeded by an heir, the consort is no longer a consort and the new consort becomes a consort
- When a monarch is succeeded by an heir and the heir is not married, the consort is no longer a consort
These are the things left to verify:
- When an unmarried monarch marries, the new consort becomes a consort
And these I haven't found a way to verify:
- When a monarch is replaced, the consort no longer is a consort and the new consort becomes a consort
- When a monarch is replaced and the replacement is not married, the consort is no longer a consort
While I'm at it, I guess I'll test the precedence of king consorts as well. Dree12 03:26, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
