Does anyone know why magma crabs create steam explosions while they swim in the magma? I couldn't think of any solid reason. My guess is that they spit basalt as a projectile and that the projectile doesn't realise it's magma safe, and evaporates.--[[User:Ghostbird|Ghostbird]] 21:36, 14 April 2011 (UTC) | Does anyone know why magma crabs create steam explosions while they swim in the magma? Does anyone know why magma crabs create steam explosions while they swim in the magma? I couldn't think of any solid reason. My guess is that they spit basalt as a projectile and that the projectile doesn't realise it's magma safe, and evaporates.--Ghostbird 21:36, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
