Sharp looking, vanilla styled tilesets that strive to strike a good balance between nice, attractive graphics, while avoiding odd graphical oddities. I have positioned many tiles carefully and put a lot of thought into each one, often obsessively so. I find the cumulative differences from the ASCII add quite a bit to the game. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and the update log attests to that, but the result is pleasing and well-polished. Alternate walls are included, as is the color set and racial graphics for dwarves, humans, elves, goblins, and kobolds. | Sharp looking, vanilla styled tilesets that strive to strike a good balance between nice, attractive graphics, while avoiding odd graphical oddities. - (For a list of existing tilesets, see tileset repository.)
- (For information on graphics set creation, see DF2014:Graphic set)
Graphics sets are used to change the appearance of creatures in the game, such as dwarves and unicorns. They usually come with and are designed to work together with certain tilesets. They can significantly change the appearance of the game and make it easier for players to tell what is happening onscreen.
