Get my 640x300 character set here. There will be a slightly updated version of this shortly.
I finished a 960x300 quite awhile ago (over a year) but have never been quite satisfied with it, I may put it up soon.
Updated screenshots to come.
I highly suggest you check out Plac1d's graphics sets if you use a small 640x300 character set.
