Adds an item to a FAQ list.
Usage: {{ FAQ | ''name'' }} or {{ FAQ | ''link'' | ''name'' }}
where link is the page name to be linked, and name is optional text to be used for the link
(similar to standard [[ link | name ]] syntax)
