Points of interest in the thread are that the world was generated in 0.42.01, the very strange formation of adamantine and the pit above it, and someone claiming it had appeared to them due to a duplicate stone/ore entry in the raws. | Points of interest in the thread are that the world was generated in 0.42.01, the very strange formation of adamantine and the pit above it, and someone claiming it had appeared to them due to a duplicate stone/ore entry in the raws.
My personal hypothesis is that it is some kind of placeholder for when no proper mineral is found, and it spawned due to wonky generation caused by a semi-unstable version. --Voliol (talk) 18:46, 25 May 2019 (UTC) | My personal hypothesis is that it is some kind of placeholder for when no proper mineral is found, and it spawned due to wonky generation caused by a semi-unstable version. --Voliol (talk) 18:46, 25 May 2019 (UTC)

I remember encountering some of this (in mineral form) in a relatively recent version. Here's the picture I found (imgur) and the reddit post in which I commented it. --Voliol (talk) 18:46, 25 May 2019 (UTC)
