:It's called skill/stat rust. Toady added it somewhere around last winter, but currently you can't train up stats again without military training. [[User:Urist McCheeseMaker|Urist McCheeseMaker]] 19:27, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

It's called skill/stat rust. Toady added it somewhere around last winter, but currently you can't train up stats again without military training. Urist McCheeseMaker 19:27, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
