Unfortunately, my experiment consisted of generating a world that replaced nearly ALL ethics for ALL the entities, so no wars resulted because everyone has pretty much the same amorality. Aside from that, the legends entries are filled full of murders, abduction, and devouring of the dead. Strangely, the theft events I've seen all continue to only mention kobolds, suggesting that the ITEM_THIEF tag is behind their behavior rather than ethics. I have the save posted up on https://dl.dropbox.com/u/89427928/region2.zip for now. REQUIRED tag

- I did exactly that recently, due to wondering if the REQUIRED effect had any particular quirks and noticing that it seemed to be unused.
