Also, marble in my experience is not that much easier to find within the proximity of a magma vent, since igneous extrusive layers can occupy the slot for the metaphoric layer and even if there is a metamorphic layer it can be one of the other 5 types. It is very possible to find areas where a limestone, dolomite or chalk sedimentary layer biome borders a biome with a magma vent. Besides, the sedimentary layer would be more desirable, since it can contain magnetite and other iron ores, which the metaphoric layer lacks.
