A Tavern is a building found in settlements visited during Template:L. The equivalent structure in Template:L is a Template:L.
(Correct me on the rest of this speculation/filler:) Taverns are a good place to recruit Template:Ls to take along on adventures, and a Template:L can often be found inside with quests to give.
