How do you train this ability?
I have no idea, but if it helps, I had a blacksmith go Berserk and chase a Dwarven Child for a few days across a frozen glacier, and the child that was being chased is now a Legendary Observer(and very injured).
When he appeared, he had novice observer, and he was attacked right after he migrated, so I guess somehow being chased around was what made him a legendary observer.
His stats are: "He has an astonishing feel for the position of his own body, an iron will, very good creativity, and a good spacial sense."
