Winter is no longer as terrifying as it once was. You are now able to continue farming throughout winter by planting Plump Helmets and Dimple Cups.

Lakes and Rivers however may still freeze up during winter meaning that if fishing is a large input to keeping your fort alive you may suffer so it is still wise to stock up on foods.
