This table can be seen on Language#Nouns (and elsewhere). It is set to be collapsed by default.
The keys in the last column are the WORD: designations used in language_words.txt. They are all caps, but sometimes they have an underscore and sometimes they use a space.
These are the in-game nouns that the game uses, among other things, for naming people, sites, and regions. The game's four fictional languages - Dwarven, Elvish, Goblin and Human - are primarily made of nouns.
