Status of the Fortress
No current fort, and I'm waiting until the Army Arc release to start a serious game again.
Various little fun/niche forts being run to stay familiar with the version(s) of the game out.
If there aren't major features available in the latest version, I'm probably running the last major version with many utilities available.

Previously Tried out
Enjoyed and Recommended
Jackard's Redjack
Simplicity Mod (Abandoned by creator) - Very nice for those of you that love the mechanics of the game, but hate having material lists 20 pages long (e.g. furniture placement!)
With only a handful of each of the common material types (metal, wood, stone) item placement is no longer a minute-long ordeal just to place a single piece of any quality furniture of a specific type.
Fallout Mod - Sheer Epic Win.
Plan to Try
Got an interesting Mod you think I should try out? Tell me about it!
I enjoy trying all the different flavors of DF.
Thorough testing isn't a requirement, but it is preferred. I'd rather any bugs I find end up being rare.
