In this version of Dwarf Fortress, the title of King of Beasts was held by a single creature: the Elephant. Most famously known for their part in the saga of Boatmurdered, an unwise hunter or caravan guard could easily provoke a rampage capable of bringing an established fortress to its metaphorical knees.
