v0.31:Building list

The building list screen is accessed from the main view by pressing Shift - R. A list of the buildings (along with their owners) is displayed. If an item in the list is red , then it is a Template:L which overlaps with some other defined room-space, drastically reducing the quality value of these rooms.
On some buildings, specifically those that need the Template:L Template:L to be built (Template:Ls, Template:Ls, Template:Ls, Template:Ls, Template:Ls, Template:Ls...), the Template:L levels of both the design and the construction (as well as the names of the dwarves involved) can be made visible by pressing Enter.
