Template:Subst

Welcome to the wiki. If you indent a line, it will appear in a "text box", like this:

This line is typed indented.

That's useful at times, but not for general formatting. Compare to this:

This line uses formatting to be indented. However, the entire paragraph will be indented - here follows enough text to form a paragraph blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

So, paragraphs in wiki are not started with a single, initial indented line. (I share that habit - have to fight it here.)

Take a look at some of the existing pages, check out their code, see what's been done to format them. Readya later, --Albedo 21:20, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
