1. I can't built a paved road over a bridge, I think this may no longer be possible at all. 2. I can't built a paved road over a constructed floor, I think this may no longer be possible at all. => both give the error message "Building present", can somebody else confirm this?

3. Should a sentence be added about time vs resource efficency of roads vs constructed floors?
