A fluid logic device which creates a neverending cyclic on/off signal. Described on the forum by AncientEnemy

Useful features:

  • Toggles slowly (once every 200 steps or so), which enables things it is linked to to trigger and activate before a new signal is sent.
  • Can fill a resivour reliably to 3-4 water, if the bottom wall is removed and dug to a cistern.
