This is an example of how to have limited access to bauxite. The interior of that room is a stockpile with only Bauxite designated for storage. Below it are three slots for workshops (only two are used). Drafting a mason and stationing him inside the bauxite stockpile and using the doors to determine where can move is a very effective Bauxite switchboard, ensuring that there is no wastage of one of the most valuable materials to magma users.
