They really aren't that dangerous. I got attacked by a few one time, and a gang of unarmed, unarmored civilians temporarily conscripted into the Dwarven Wrestlin' Team strangled the lot of them.Kefkakrazy 02:17, 5 November 2007 (EST)
- tonight in WWE, Mesbuth Mesbuthsodel(Oarshields) vs the dark gnome team!

- I've seen them, but they didn't seem to pose a threat to my unarmed, unarmored serfs. --Savok 14:37, 4 June 2008 (EDT)
- I found a small pack of them earlier... Unarmored axedwarf + war dog + dark gnomes = unarmored axe dwarf + war dog, apparently. Alydra 15:45, 19 November 2008 (EST)
- The article definately overstates the power of these creatures. I am going to update it. Completely unarmed dwarves can kill them easily. I had 3 dogs easily dispatch a pack of over 5 multiple times (by save/reload). I actually have this file still if anyone else wants to see for themselves. The gnome pack started out right next to my wagon so all dwarves were completely unarmed and had no attribute bonuses and no military skills.--Jpwrunyan 23:03, 9 February 2009 (EST)
- The Wiki does that a lot about how hard this game is. --Rotten 23:14, 10 January 2010 (UTC)
