This article is about an older version of DF.

A Desert is typically a piece of land full of mostly Template:L. Deserts are a more challenging place to build a fort, as they lack a supply of Template:L. However, if a Template:L stream can be found, you can make a working fortress out of nothing but Template:L. An Template:L present makes for an easy Template:L source, but breaking through it to find Template:L is difficult.

Foliage specifics

Template:Ls have been reported and are one of the only Template:Ls ever to be found in a desert.

Wildlife

Herds of one-humped and two-humped Template:Ls often wander through deserts. Template:Ls have been reported to be in the more savage areas.
