40d:Forbidden

Items can be marked "Forbidden", and will not be touched by your dwarves. To make use of such items, you must reclaim them.
Items are marked "Forbidden" when:
- playing reclaim fortress mode
- they have been dumped in a garbage zone
- items in a town are forbidden when you first arrive, the towns inhabitants wont care if you take them though.
